Complaint on Bluedart Delayed Shipment

This Post is regarding personal experience of a shipment which was delivered 2-3 days by Bluedart. This is how i escalated and delivered in some time. So others can do same or even better. Hope this can help others -

I booked a courier through BlueDart under Domestic Priority (Next Day delivery).
Shipment was booked on 10th December and suppose to deliver on  12th December 2014.

Shipment was reached Jaipur office on 13/12/2014 and delivery was attempted at 1256hrs, as per the operation record, consignee premises found to be closed. We shall address this issue to our destination office to avoid such inappropriate status.

14/12/2014 – Sunday.

As communicated in our previous communication due to operational constraint we could not deliver this shipment on 15/12 and 16/12, hence shipment has been delivered today.

1. Shipment booked under Domestic priority next date delivery on 10th Dec, 2014 and You Suppose to deliver this Shipment on or before 12th December, 2014 but not delivered.
2. Your tracking does not update when did it reach to Jaipur, Please update Same.
3. Your tracking shows delivery attempted on 13th Dec, 12.56. House was open and no one called on given number.
4. If shipment is reached to Jaipur on or before 13th Dec, Why is it not delivered on 15th or 16th? Please provide detailed reason. 

I called Blue Dart customer care number on 12th and 13th December, 2014 but got replay saying not able to track shipment and asked to contact local office where courier is booked for shipment. You talk about Real-time Tracking through the net and here you are not able to track for days.

Please provide the current status of shipment and the contact Number and address of Blue Dart office where shipment currently reached.
